The Denham Estate supplies both hunted Austrian and Hungarian wild boar from private sources. The Austrian wild boar is hunted in the forests of the Weinerwald and the Hungarian originates from Balaton. Availability of pure, hunted wild boar is restricted due to the custom of hunters retaining the carcasses for their own personal use and also the high demand generally for hunted wild boar in Europe but the Denham Estate uses it's very best endeavours to ensure consistency and continuity of supply to its customers.
