The dedicated butchery staff take great pride in their craft and are specialists in traditional and continental butchery techniques including seam cutting and portion control. Special emphasis is placed on venison butchery and our butchers are frequently in demand to demonstrate their skill in this specialist field.

The Denham butchery and cutting plant was designed to meet the most stringent EC and national statutory hygiene controls and is subject to regular Meat Hygiene Service and local authority inspections. The cutting plant has topped the published MHS Hygiene Assesment System reports with the highest scores in its category. The butchery is also subjected to independent audits by individual and collective customer groups.
