  1. Fallow Venison is recognised by gourmets as being the supreme venison on account of its fine texture and delicate, succulent flavour.
  2. All Denham Fallow Venison is taken from the world famous Denham Fallow Deer herd and is reared in accordance with the highest standards and principles of animal welfare.
  3. Deer are pasture grazed with supplementary feeds of home-grown hay, barley and apples. No additives or hormones and is totally free from any genetically modified substances.
  4. The Estate's in-house abattoir ensures minimum stress to animals by eliminating any live transportation.
  5. Meat Hygiene Service supervision guarantees maximum hygiene product protection in accordance with EC and national statutory controls.
  6. Denham Fallow Venison is all from deer of under 24 months old and is hung for a minimum of 10 days for maximum flavour.
  7. Highly skilled specialist in-house venison butchers trained to produce full service and portion cuts to customer specification.
  8. Trade delivery in our own refrigerated transport.
  9. Continuity of supply through 12 months of the year.
