We Take Great Pride in the Service We Offer
For almost 30 years every aspect of production from breeding to marketing and delivering has been undertaken on the estate, permitting total control of areas where the producer directly influences the quality and consistency of the final product. Recently we have moved on to not only using animals from the Estate but also incorporating neighbouring estates and prime quality local produce.
To ensure the highest quality product The Denham Estate is equipped with all the relevant modern licensed butchery facilities to meet the highest health and hygiene standards as required by law. We supply our customers throughout 12 months of the year.
Orders placed are dispatched via the Denham Estates’ own refrigerated transport maintaining a high quality customer/supplier service relationship. Deliveries are made around East Anglia on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Butchery at The Denham Estate
The dedicated butchery staff take great pride in their craft and are specialists in traditional and continental butchery techniques including seam cutting and portion control. Special emphasis is placed on venison butchery and our butchers are frequently in demand to demonstrate their skill in this specialist field.
